Crest Manor also provides Semi Independent supported accommodation service for service users that require this level of support

Staff and individual clients work in a positive strengths-focused way. This means recognising the talents, skills and interests of the individual, encouraging them to take control of their lives, and developing and practising those skills which maximise their independence.

The emphasis is on flexibility and responsiveness. We ensure that the focus is on what is available in the wider community, and staff support service users to access and engage in activities to assist with empowering young people entrusted to our care with life coping skills.
