Welcome to the Crest Manor
Our aim is to provide short term accommodation and support services to adults, families and young people to enable them to live independently in the community.
Crest Manor endeavours to supply a range of comprehensive care support packages to meet the needs of the agencies and the service users in need of assistance.
We also provide Semi Independent supported accommodation service for service users that require this level of support
Our objective is to provide an environment where our services users can feel safe, secure and be valued.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We provide carefully selected housing, social and individual care for our service users in need including those leaving foster care, suffering from physical or mental abuse and drug dependency.
- Suitable house – to make sure all accommodations are in a good decorative order and clean at the point of delivery
- Emergency assistance – A phone number is available to all residents to provide 24 hr emergency call out, 7 days a week above the agreed support hours
While we aspire to deliver a high quality service we recognise that there may be occasions where service users will wish to bring certain matters to our attention.
Our complaints procedure is available to our service users to ensure that all complaint issues are addressed. Where possible we aim to resolve these matters on an informal basis. If the issues are not resolved at this stage we will offer the opportunity to take a formal approach.

What our client says about us?
My wife and I have lived in this property provided by this company since August of 2014 and have no plans to move out anytime soon. We have never had any problems with staff or our neighbors. The property is well built and very nice. The neighbors around us are very friendly, and are never loud.
My boyfriend and I are renting a 2 bedroom with crest manor ltd. The maintenance staff needs an award we will be renewing our tenancy, I don’t wish to live anywhere else.
