We provide carefully selected housing, social and individual care for our service users in need including those leaving foster care, by implementing the use of passport to independence of which we make sure that children under our care have the knowledge and skill they need when they are ready to live independently.

Complaints

While we aspire to deliver a high quality service we
recognise that there may be occasions where service users will wish to bring certain matters to our attention.

Our complaints procedure is available to our service users to ensure that all complaint issues are addressed. Where possible we aim to resolve these matters on an informal basis. If the issues are not resolved at this stage we will offer the opportunity to take a formal approach.

Incidents

All incidents will be recorded and reported to the Local Authorities. Where there is an incident involving violence or a serious threat to our staff, the company preserves the right to issue a final warning immediately.

On-Going Training

Our staff and management receive continuous training to ensure that they are always kept up to date with the latest developments relevant to the support given.

We have due regard and respect for all our service users and ensure they have uninterrupted access to all of our services.

All information relating to service users in our care is treated in a strict confidential manner. Where it is necessary to share information, this will be done in accordance with procedures agreed between our clients and us.
We recognise that some service users and young people may have experienced traumatic situations and have developed mistrust or suspicion of others. We treat this with sensitivity and assist them in accessing appropriate specialist assistance if required.

We will safeguard the welfare of young people by minimising the risk of harassment or abuses from others whilst they are accommodated by us.
In the delivery of service to the user group the following principles will be applied.
